How to Orient a New Hire

To Clock In

  • Step1: Open the Rosemark App and type in your password in the “password” box
  • Step 2: Click Sign In
  • Step 3: Click on the white box that shows the client’s name
  • Step 4: Click “Clock In”
  • Step 5: Click “allow” for location
  • Step 6: Wait to see “Clock In Record” and close the app until you are ready to clock out.
  • If you do not see “Clock In Recorded”, call the office to confirm that your clock in went through

To Clock Out

  • Step1: Open the Rosemark App and type in your password in the “password” box
  • Step 2: Click Sign In
  • Step 3: Click on the white box that shows the client’s name
  • Step 4: Click on “Tasks”
  • Step 5: Select “Yes” or “No” for each task (all tasks must be marked with “Yes” or “No” in order to clock out)
  • Step 6: Click “Sign and Complete”
  • Step 7: Sign your signature in the white box
  • Step 8: After you sign, click on “Client” and ask client to sign
  • Step 9: Click “Accept Signature”
  • Step 10: Click “Ok” when it says “Care Plan signed”
  • Step 11: Click “Clock Out”
  • Step 12: Click “Clock Out” again
  • Step 13: Wait to see “Clock Out Record”
  • If you do not see “Clock Out Recorded”, call the office to confirm that your clock out went through
