Lesson 4: Visual Story Map

A visual story map gives an overview of an entire project or brand.  A story map is a visual depiction of the settings or sequence of major events and actions of characters.

• Questions include Why, What, How, When, and Where. 
• Visual story maps can be written, drawn, and come in different styles. 
• The purpose of a visual story map is to walk a customer through experience and understand why they may or may not like their experience while finding solutions to their concerns.
